1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one 98vip account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering on 98vip, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98vip username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 98vip will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

4 Deposits and Payments

98vip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment services. All transactions on 98vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10.

Deposits are credited to your 98vip account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 98vip does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 98vip are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka. 98vip does not charge withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the amount that arrives in your mobile wallet.

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal funds within 10 minutes of submitting a request. Unverified accounts may experience longer processing times while identity checks are completed. To ensure the fastest possible withdrawals, complete your account verification before placing your first bet.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 98vip reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on the account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

98vip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus on 98vip, you agree to the terms attached to that bonus.

All bonuses on 98vip carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before you claim it.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the offer terms.

Bonus abuse is taken seriously at 98vip. We monitor betting patterns and account activity to identify misuse. Members found to be exploiting promotions will have their bonuses removed and may face permanent account closure.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 98vip are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game or market.

For sports betting, odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed. Live betting odds update in real time and the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply.

• Bets can only be placed using available account balance. Credit betting is not available on 98vip.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each game or betting market.
• 98vip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a technical delay or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of 98vip is final.

For slot and casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are final once displayed. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, 98vip will restore the session to its last confirmed state where possible.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

98vip is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Using stolen payment credentials or fraudulent payment methods to fund an account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 98vip for any illegal financial activity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

98vip reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, breach of fair play rules, bonus abuse, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or any conduct that 98vip considers harmful to the platform or other members.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via the contact details registered on your account. You may appeal a suspension by contacting 98vip support. We will review appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to you.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Responsible Gaming
